Words of Comfort for the family

Brandy Schilling, age 26, of Protivin and formerly of New Hampton, died on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at the Regional Health Services in Cresco due to injuries sustained in a snowmobile accident.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at Holy Family Parish, St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Hampton.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery at New Hampton.

Visitation will be 3:00-8:00 pm on Friday, December 7, 2007 at Conway-Kolbet Funeral Home in New Hampton and will continue one hour prior to the service at Conway-Kolbet Funeral Home.

Brandy Lynn Schilling was born on August 2, 1981 to William and LuAnn (Gleason) Schilling in Waterloo, IA.  She grew up in the New Hampton area and graduated from New Hampton High School in 1999.  After graduation Brandy attended La’James School of Cosmetology in Mason City.  She was employed at Expressions Beauty Salon, VGM Home Link, and Soy Basics in New Hampton. Currently she was employed at Bank Of The West in Protivin. 

Brandy enjoyed boating, snowmobiling, stock car races, flower gardening, and being with her family, friends and her cat Jaxie.

She was a member of Holy Family Parish, St. Mary’s Center of New Hampton.

Brandy is survived by her parents Bill and LuAnn Schilling of  New Hampton, Brothers Steven and Adam Schilling of New Hampton, special friend Dustin Panos and Jaxie of Protivin, grandparents Dick and JoAnne Gleason of Gilbertville, IA and Dick and Joyce Schilling of New Hampton.  She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, great aunts and uncles, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her great grandparents.
